ok..for whatever reason the previous owner put a V6 bumper on my GT, I was thinking, rather than replace the whole bumper, is there a shop in or around vancouver, that will make the appropriate cuts outs in the rear bumper so that it looks right and the tailpipes clear? I don't want anything shotty, I want it to actually look right.

It will probably not be cost effective, once it is done nicely. Most shops would probably not warranty that kind of a modification to a bumper cover- for some reason, nobody seems to want to repair bumpers anymore.
