Body kits that accept a front license plate

I am moving to Hampton, Virginia in 50 days. The law says I need to have my license plate on the front bumper. I want to buy a new body kit for my 05 Mustang but can't find a nice kit. Do you guys know where I can get one?

all bumpers can accept a plate, just have to drill two holes to mount the plate.

Cobalt makes a front license plate relocator for $50 at Moss Mustangs that looks to be a good alternative to drillling holes in the middle of the bumper. Part No. 056-730

Thanks fellas. I just might get that part from Moss. But $50 is kinda excessive.
