My car was originally Medium Cabernet Red.

I changed my mind, bad color choice.....

I kid, I kid ! :nice:

If you clutch only had 1500 miles, I would raise hell at the body to get SOME money out of them.

*** Update 6/18/09****

So the transmission, flywheel, & clutch are out of the car. The flywheel friction plate and clutch are fried pretty bad. The blow pics are of the flywheel (Anderson aluminum) and the flywheel's steel friction plate.

I need some advice.....

I have a Ram Powergrip HD Clutch kit brand new sitting here. The clutch that is fried was also a Powergrip but the non HD version. Ram recommends "Use only with RAM billet steel or factory nodular iron (explosion resistant) flywheels." with the Powergrip HD clutch. Basically my options are:

1) replace the steel friction disc on my existing flywheel and use that, OR;
2) purchase a billet steel flywheel

My car is not even close to a daily driver and sees occasional drag strip time and the typical weekend cruise.

What do you guys think?
