bore????????????

i am looking at a coasthigh 306 C.I.D kit (forged enerything) and is says that it is for a 4.000 to 4.060 bore what does this mean? i thought a 306 would be .30 over? i am confused??? can some one clear this up for me

Yes, 4.030 would be a 306, but what they're saying is they have kits available from 4.000" bores to 4.060" bores, you would just have to specify what your bore is when ordering.
