Whats the best way to run the oil lines from a 460 block to original Boss heads? In the heads I used a 1/8"npt to -4an, then a 90* fitting on that, but the 90* fitting hits the intake. There doesnt seem to be any interference between the fittings in the block and the intake but its close, so I may replace the fittings in the block for a little extra clearance. I tried a 90* 1/8"npt/-4an, but there isnt enough room to screw it in. About the only thing I can think of, besides clearancing the intake, is to use small tubing like that for an oil pressure gauge with compression fittings at the end. My only promlem with that is that Ive had the compression fittings lose their grip on the tubing, which of course makes an enormous mess. Heres what Ive mocked up so far (click pics to enlarge).

Looking from the top, passenger side head would be fed by drivers side of the tree, and visa versa.

You might want to contact Jon Kaase Racing Engines
He's building his own Boss heads that will fit a 460 block. Might be able to help you out.

Thanks, but I got it taken care of. Just had to use a different style fitting.
