Larry Shinoda is the father of the original Boss Mustangs (1969-1971?). But I believe he is dead, and his family created the "Team Shinoda" concept selling Boss packages (historians, please chime in). If you buy one of these Boss packages you can get "certified" as a Boss Mustang. This certification only means that Team Shinoda recognizes your car as a "true" Boss. The first-level package includes something like stickers (of course), springs, and a catback. For the level 2, they add I think one more thing. The important thing to keep in mind is that the Shinoda Boss name has ZERO credibility on late-model Mustangs. Having it certified means nothing in terms of value or re-sale (the contrary is true for certified Steeda, Saleen, and Roush Mustangs). As a matter of fact, the gaudy decal packages would likely hurt re-sale value overall, unless you find the naive high schooler who thinks it is some sort of collectors item. This is all a bit painful to us Mustangphiles as the early Boss Mustangs were sooooooooo sweeeeeeeeet.
