Will pistons & rods from exsisting aftermarket Modular motors work in the 05 Mustnag's 4.6 3V?

We are going to do a single turbo set up with 8.5:1CR. Are there any reputable Mod Motor guys in the Houston Area that could handle this project and a tune?

the aluminum short block is the same as the 03-04 Mach 1, bore and stroke are unchanged.

I belive you are correct. IIRC one of the many Ford press releases on the 2005 Mustang said that the aluminum block is all new. It is supposedly stronger than the Mach 1 block. The press release went on to say that the majority of the parts in the 05 4.6 3V were new from prior 4.6s.
