I just bought a new Olympus C-8080 8meg digital camera to replace my C-5050 5 meg camera. These camera prices are insanely cheap anymore. I paid 700 bucks for my C-5050 in May of 2003. Now that camera is worth like $250-300. This C-8080 is 10 times the camera that the C-5050 is and yet it cost $200 less new. I cant wait to take some pics of the stang.

Nice. Now go find a good looking "hood ornament" and take some pics of the Stang.

Nice. Olympus makes some quality stuff. I have a 5060 (I like).

Wow, the C-8080 rivals the 5050? I bought a C-5050 in March of '03 for about $700 as well. But I'm good with the 5MP for now. Plus, I don't use it often enough to justify replacing it with a newer model (I'll save my money for mustang mods for now).

Sweet cam.

That's not a bad camera for a non-SLR. For about that price you could also get a Canon 300D. I'm way too biased against non-SLR cameras. Lets see some pics soon!

I really wanted the Evolt 300 SLR, but it is like $900. I just dont really need that nice of one.

My GF just picked up the canon rebel for $799 at a local camera shop, it included two 256 memory cards an xtra battery and some picture developing package. I dont know a whole lot about digital cameras but thought I would chime in.
