Brake and Steering issues

Hey everyone,

I had some bad luck right before christmas. I park my car in the back garage because i dont use it regularly. Problem is my back alley is gravel and after the snow there are huge potholes everywhere. I always take care driving in and out of the alley but i guess i hit the wrong one.

I bought my car used with 20' bullit replicas on wrong size tire. 245/40/20, everyone time i turn the wheels i would say 60% of max you can hear them rub the fenders. Also another on going problem with car is the steering wheel would vibrate when i was going faster than 80km/h.

the other day avoiding the potholes i hit one that looked shallow but was actually really deep( was full of water after rain and snow). After that i lost my power steering and brake pressue.

Problem 1 -
Power steering will not turn at all when car is stopped, when car is moving it takes a LOT of effort to turn it, seems like there is no power steering. It's so bad its not drivable. I'll attach a picture of what i found for opinions on problems.
Power steering level dropped after the pothole to about half the resevior, well below min level.

Problem 2 -
Brake power is gone as well. when braking it will stop but what usually takes 10 meters to stop now takes 30.
Brake pedal is harder.
When i pull the car out of the garage there is a very small grade, so i have to keep the brake down to prevent rolling. When i hold it down a noise from the engine like a squeel/whine (not belt) starts happening. Resevior is still unchanged and at regular good level.

Any ideas what might be casuing each issue, and any connection between the two. Are they both dependant on each other to function properly?

First pic showing the boot cover from the power steering, both sides are the same I highly doubt that the bend is normal. Fixable or power steering rack needs replacement?

Second picture shows driver side of power steering, looks like fluid is leaking from inside the boot.

Update:

I pulled the rack out this morning. Waiting on the new on to come from a warehouse.

Rack costing me 225 plus core
Outer tie rods are 40 a pop

So about 340 after taxes here in BC.

Anybody know how much Mecron ATF fluid i would need for the new rack to top up?
Planning on flushing the brakes as well.

just want to know how much to have on hand before running out half way and having to run back to the store to top up things. thanks.
