Does anyone know what size the brake bleeders on '99 cobra calipers are? I bought my Cobra brakes used, and one of the bleeders is chewed up. Thanks!

Don't waste your money on speed bleeders. Just use a 1/4 ID clear Hose when you bleed your brakes. Call up a Ford dealer and ask.

best money i ever spent on quick maintainence was speed bleeders. they make the brakes so easy to bleed. the clear hose thing is alright, but does not compare to speed bleeders.

I have already bled my brakes the "normal" way (one person pumping, other person bleeding). When I was doing this, I noticed that the bleeder on my passenger front caliper was chewed up. I want to replace it so that it will be easier the next time.

them are spensive... i believe in the old way.. i bought them for my truck and got the bill a month later.. they ended up being 18 bucks a piece!! wow.. specially since your going to have to use a hose anyways unless you want to squirt fluid all over your driveway..

They are not expensive imho, $34 for four, shipped, both times. Being able to bleed the brakes by myself is well worth the price.
