I'm doing a engine/tranny swap in my 2000GT. It had a auto, but I'm putting a 01 Cobra w/ a 5 speed. I can't seem to get the brake booster pushrod to line up with the pin on the brake pedal. Is there a difference between the hydro-boost, which I have, and the vacuum brake booster? Everything else on the pedal swap looks to be ok.
