Brake Cooling Duct/Kits for a Cobra Front End

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a brake cooling kit that uses the round fog light openings from a Cobra front bumper? I remember seeing a complete kit that used the fog light brackets and had all of the parts needed, but I don't remember who made it. I've tried several searches but mostly come up with S197 stuff.
