While admiring my 5.0 I noticed some brake fluid spilled on the

reservoir and some on the cap too. I do not think it leaked out but was spilled instead.

Is the brake fluid filled at the factory or it is topped up at PDI?

I cleaned it all off with a damp towel and will monitor the situation.

I'm not sure if its filled at the factory and topped off if need be at PDI (not sure what PDI stands for) but a sure fire way to tell if its leaking is to clean any fluid off the reservoir and the cap (which you did) and monitor it (which you're gonna do)
