Okay, I rarely if ever post but read all the time. ANyway, I have a vibration in my brakes that is basically the abs being triggered. I took it to my local guys here, and they were stumped by it for weeks. Their computer told them I had a faulty brake module. They replaced that as well as the wheel sensors, and even swapped the wiring to see if the problem would migrate to the opposite side. Basically the computer they have is reading that the passenger front wheel is moving faster then the other three wheels, causing the abs to activate. It produces a very annoying humming and pulsating from the brake pedal. They took it to ford dealer for help and the ford computer registered nothing, but they did replace two slightly bad injectors and a manifold leak for free. I am unsure if this is a problem others have had, but it is driving me nuts. COuld the wheel be bad? A bad brake proportioning valve? They tried another brake module, but still does the same thing. So to make a long story short I am out close to 2 grand and still have the same problem. Those damn brake modules are pricey. I know so may feel my mechanics toasted me, but they are very trustworthy, and have always been great to my vehicles. They have no clue........HELP!
