I'm considering using the ford ford M 2300-K kit to upgrade my brakes. I have a few questions:

1. Does anyone know of a place selling the kit for less than 2K dollars?

2. I have an Auburn 31 spline posi unit in my car with moser axles. The Axles included with the kit will not work with my existing rear end. If I purchase moser 5 lug fox 31 spline auburn axles will it work with the brake kit?

3. I read that Baer makes a few kits that are comparable to the ford M 2300-K kit, but I can't seem to find them anywhere on the internet. Anyone got a link or experience with these kits?

4. Thanks!

1. I peiced mine together. If you have time and patience you can get it for $1000 or less.

2. If you run the kit as is, you need 31 spline axles for a 94-98 Mustang. If you want to run fox lenght axles, you need to get the north race car brackets to modify the rear track

3. Baer calls their kit the "Cobra killer" or "m2300K killer" kit. If you google that, you might find some leads. It's the same front brake setup, but the rear brake setup is a 12" Corvette C4 brake setup (modified for a Mustang of course)
