Brake light comes on... low fluid?

Just like it says... the red (not orange) brake light comes on and off while im driving. E-brake is off, and I checked out the Haynes manual and it said that the red light indicates low brake fluid. Im guessing filling it to the correct level will turn the light back off?

Yea check your brake fluid level. If it's low, your break pads are wearing down. So filling up the resevoir will not fix the problem. The pads will have to be changed.

Ok, thanks for the heads up... The guy just did the brakes, hmmm... Guess ill have to do em again, haha.
