Brake Light Issue

I dont have any brake lights??? I have replaced the component on the brake pedal, male and female. Have 12 volts running from it.
Popped the trunk and disconnected the terminal to the brake/ blinker. It has .2 volts.? But the blinkers work.
Is it possible there is a short in the harness somewhere? Maybe a fuse. Ive checked various fuses. Maybe i haven't checked the right one. Im gettin kinda frustrated. Any help woul be appreciated

Did you check your fuses? Here's a diagram for the under dash fuse box:

What was the problem you found? Might help someone searching the site in the future if they have the same issues you ran into.
