Ok on the brake line that runs in the tranny tunnel from the front to rear there are three clips holding the line in place. How do you release these clips when replacing the line so that you can reuse them.

And another question:

Is the one on the drivers side floor the same as the ones in the trans tunnel?

Can you buy just the clips?

It's easier to replace them, but you still need to remove the old ones. You will need to wedge a small flat blade screwdriver into the center of the clip and pry the tabs apart. THe part that is going up through the tunnel. Or, get a pair of pliers and squeez the hooks together from the top inside the car. THey can be reused, but not recomended. As long as you get them out without ripping them out forcefully, they can usually be put back. New ones will go in nice and tight though. ANy of the major mustang supply shops sell the clip kits.

Thanks guys, I did it from underneath the car using a screwdriver in between the center of the tabs and prying the tabs apart, worked like a charm.
