brakes problem

hi
i have mustang 67 whit booster , front disc brakes ( 4 piston ) and drum.
the problem is :
if i conect the vacuum frome the engine to the booster the pedal fall down and i dont have a brakes.
but if the vacuum is not conected i have a very good brakes

what are u thinking is the problem ?


all the brake parts are renew

The vacuum booster is just that, a booster, you dont have to push as hard on the pedal.
The booster seems to be working correct but the pedal falls when vacuum is hooked up. This tells me the push rod needs adjusted, anyone have the specs.
