This is brand new, just put up in my car, and started once, and taken off. Never clamped or welded. You are getting a brand new exhaust just like you would buy from anywhere else. I want to sell this so I can try to figure out what my next exhaust is going to be, this was just a little too loud for my taste, but it did sound very good, and deep if that is what you're looking for.
