brand new performer manifold has all needed hardware?

I´m leaning toward the edelbrock performer (I ordered AFR165 heads to go with), and would like to know if it comes as a complete kit (all the gaskets, nuts, bolts,etc, included), and where to buy (it´s NA at summit). As I need the elbow adapter for 94-95, the part has gaskets included? Also in edelbrock catalog it states is machined for 70mm tb, but I want to keep my 65mm tb. Any problems on that?
