I spotted this an thought it was a great deal, especially thinking how much this is as an option on the 2010/11 cars.

I suppose this is a good deal, but...

the Brembo brake package on the 2011 GT is a $1700.00 option versus the $2000 listed in the link above

That's because it is an Upgrade. If you bought the one listed above, you could sell your stock rims and surely get back the difference. I personally wouldnt put anything smaller than 19's on the new cars unless I was going to run small rims with large tires.

You would also miss out on the suspension tuning one would get with the factory brembo package.

And it comes with tires! And a re-tune of the traction control.

All the more reason to buy one with the factory Brembo as I did. Want to know why else? Because these, even Ford parts, would not be under warranty. I like having that on a brand new car.

Not bad for someone looking to upgrade stock wheels/brakes.
