Brembo vs cobra brakes?

Define better... I had the Cobra R Brembos on my 98 GT and the stopping force was better than the cobra brakes, but not dramatic. What made it dramatic is that i never got brake fade when open tracking along with brake cooling.

Well, for the price, the cobras can't be beat.. There isn't enough difference to justify spending that much more money for the brembos

With the right pads and SS lines, you will be hard to tell a difference anywhere's except for a road course the difference in braking between the Brembo 4 piston calipers and the Cobra's 2 piston calipers. Plus you need 18 inch rims with the Brembo's, you can get by with 17's with the Cobra's.

not true 17s with no spacers. 98 Cobra wheels will also clear as Ford used them as a spare tyre on the 2000 Cobra R's.
