Having dealt with both.Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from RPM Outlet. They are they worst company I have ever dealt with. They ship what they feel like sending you, not what you ordered and then give you the big run around when you want to return it.
I have not had any problems with Brenspeed at all.

RPM SUCKS.... I ordered exhaust from them and they told me I would receive it in 3 days. 3 days later it wasnt here. They didnt even have the exhaust to start with. After a month later I called and talked to Chris and told him F$%^ IT, I didnt want it anymore. He tried cutting me a deal on it, but I told him it wasnt worth it to me. Id rather pay more money to get what I want and to have better customer service. I told him to refund my money, which he did.... but for some reason the full amount wasnt refunded. They still owed me $9, which isnt much. I called and told them twice to give me a refund of $9 and they kept saying they would do it that day. I never received the refund. So... A month later I still dont have exhaust and it cost me $9 for them to waste my time. STAY AWAY FROM RPM!!!

Bought Xcal 2 and Brenspeed tunes 87,89 and 91 last year on my 06 Mustang C.& L. CAI. A few months later they sent me updated tunes for the delete plates via email for 60 bucks (I bought Ford delete plates elsewhere otherwise tunes would have been free). Tunes on my auto are just great and I am very satisfied with Brenspeed service.

I highly recommend John Demolet's unit, the price is reasonable and most important for me, his service after the sales is outstanding!

I have to agree here. I bought this package from the SN store and Mr. Demolet has given me the best service and even three more free tunes when I got my Control Motion delete plates!

I am a brenspeed customer for life. I was in the process of ordering a procharger kit from RPM and I inquired online... they waited three days to respond and the price jumped up during those three days of blah. So i responded to them that I would buy the kit if they honored the old price. They, AT FIRST, said no. I said fine... Then I purchased a more expensive turbo kit from BRENSPEED (thank you GOD for working in my life)... then two days later RMP sends me an email offering a better price than original on the procharger kit. They never figured out this was about customer service, not money! BRENSPEED is the best aftermarket company I have ever dealt with... Hands down...

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM RPM OUTLET!!!! I have also had a very bad dealing with them. Ive bought from brenspeed twice now and the customer service was great and i got exactly what they promised. many mustang forums have multiple posts about rpm's service. they are crooks and need to be shot in the face!

i ordered one of rpmoutlets tuner kits for my 00 silverado, predator, spacer and cold air. the spacer made the cold air hit the fan blades, called rpmoutlet, took forever to get someone, told me i was sol and to make do.

ordered a hurst shifter for my 06 gt from brenspeed. the center piece was damaged probably in shipping, the stick moved 2 inches up and down, called brenspeed, the guy i talked to took their display model, tested it, said his didnt do that, to send mine back. 2 days after i sent it back i had a brand new one.
brenspeed has a great group of people, and kick ass customer service, would order from them and spend a few extra dollars.

RPM Outlet is AWEFUL! I purchased a Procharger tuner kit from them. That went alright.

-Next I ordered all the gauges and one they said was backordered on my packing slip. Never bothered to tell me about it though. Kept trying to call them and no one would ever pick up the phone. Finally it was sent from Autometer directly.

-The next day, I received someone else's order with a couple of gauges and a A-pillar pod. RPM Called ME to tell me they were sending UPS over to pick it up. I needed to pack it into two separate boxes since the one it came in was so damaged. UPS came and was only able to pick up one box. I called RPM and could only get the answering machine to tell them that only one box was shipped back to them.

-Next I ordered a Diablosport MAF.ia and a MAF adaptor since I was using an 85mm C&L. I asked the guy on the phone if I still got free next day air UPS if I ordered the adaptor with the MAF.ia. He says absolutely, so I order it. I look online at the tracking and it's now coming ground and I won't get it until a week later.

-Finally receive the package and go to finish my Procharger install. The adaptor kit didn't come with all the parts! It only had the adaptor flange, gasket, and 2 of the 4 nuts and bolts. I was missing the other 2 nuts and bolts, hose, and clamps.

-Try calling them last Thursday, have to leave a message, call again Friday, leave another message, call on Saturday, no one was there.

-Today they started a new online help chat, so I go on there and tell them about the missing parts. They say they'll ship the extra parts. I asked if they could send it expedited shipping since it was their fault to begin with. They said no and closed the window. I signed back on, and said that I'd expect better service for a person who just spent about 6 grand in the past 2 months and I needed the parts last week. He said sorry that they need to ship it ground and closed the window again. I signed on once more and the guy just says, "I realize you keep signing on, my answer is not going to change, I'm not going to help you." and closed the window again.

I better at least get my parts at some point I guess....

So NEVER buy from RPM Outlet. I wish I learned from others' mistakes first.

"I realize you keep signing on, my answer is not going to change, I'm not going to help you." and closed the window again."

I got basically the same attitude from them near the end, they don't really care at all. I'm certainly not spending as much as blue here, but if I ever do, they are 100% guaranteed to never get my business again. And I know things I've posted about my dealings with them have accounted for a few thousand in lost business by people messaging me directly about it.

I imagine the staff there probably is short tempered or what not now if they screw up as often as it sounds like they do they must be dealing with crap all day long.
