Like the title says, I broken a throttle cable bracket bolt today when I was installing a new BBK 73mm Throttle Tube. When the bolt started getting tight, there was still a good gap between the head of bolt and top of bracket so I continued to tighten it down a little and snap! the damn bolt breaks. I haven't tried removing it yet. Im too pissed off. Has this happened to anyone?

Gotta be careful when bolting things to something that is aluminum. But the good thing is that it happened with something simple and easy like this instead of something like a cylinder head or intake manifold or the timing cover. Always refer to the torque specs. And if something is tight but not fitting correctly, don't force it, just take it out, look it over, and figure it out.
