Broken Bolt in Block..Suggestions?

was starting to put my stang back together after changing out a blown head gasket...Well, I broke one of the bolts that hold the spider clamp on the lifters....OK no problem use the easy out and drill a hole in the broken bolt and back it out with the easy out....Until I broke the easy out inside the bolt!!! Now the easy out is too hard for me to drill...Do any of you guys have any suggestions on how to get these bolts out?

No...Im going to drill and tap a new hole and go with it...
