BROKEN BOLTS HELP ??

i was takeing my lower intake of to put the trick flow on and the 2 bolts at the front of the intake by the distributer broke flush with the head .OMG what should i do drill them out and tap them or what ????what a piss off every thing was going so smooth help greatly app

Try using a dremel cutting wheel to cut a slot in it, and then try to back it out with a screwdriver. If the wheel is too big, grind it on some scrap metal until its smaller.

If what Par states does not work they make a set of drill bits that have reversed threads that you drill into the center of the broken bolt.....it's early, and I can't remember what they are called.......

If you go with the easy out's make sure they are the higher quality ones.. my last block had a bolt broke off that I didn't realize until i started bolting on parts.. I drilled into the broken bolt and was using an extractor when that broke off in the bolt! It took me several hours to remove the mess! I was about to bring it in and have a machine shop zap the bolt out, but ended up welding a ball on the top and getting it out with a vice grips..
