your only options is to drill them out or buy a new intake, the coolant crossover with the thermostat housing is part of the intake. if it's easier for you to drill it out, out of the car just remove the whole manifold.

I did the same thing about two weeks ago, except only one of my bolts broke. I had to take my intake manifold off (which ultimately I found was cracked) to get the bolt out. Well, there was no way that the bolt I broke off was coming out. I tried absolutely everything. I had to drill mine out and re-tap it ... big time pain in the ass. Hopefully yours broke higher up on the bolt than mine. Mine was broken flush with the top of the head and basically was stuck in there something fierce.
As for taking your intake manifold off, it is not very difficult at all. It is very time consuming though, especially if it is your first time (it was mine). Some quick tips are: If you have a digital camera, take pics as you go. Get a bunch of ziploc bags and label them for the bolts. You do not have to take the plentum and throttle body off if you are not planning to replace the intake. You can just unhook all that connects them. Be sure to clean the threads on all the bolts you take out before you reinstall them and make sure that you torque everything to the right specs.
Someone has a 'step-by-step' in their sig ... I'm pretty sure it's DAWG ... maybe he'll chime in or someone else will with a tutorial.
DTNOYDYA -thanks for the info. The bolts broke really low. I just saw the typhoon intake at blueoval, it looks great and adds 25hp. I will look for those step by step instructions if anyone knows where they are - let me know.
Well, I am trying to find that tutorial ... I'll find it tomorrow for you. Anyway, here is a pic that I photoshopped so you could see what it will look like (top two pics) before and after you take the intake off.
And the bottom pic of the photoshopped pic is my bolt that was broken, after I drilled it out and before I re-threaded it. If yours are that low, it will be tricky. The left one, that I broke, you could see where the bottom of the bolt is so it made it pretty easy to work with. The right bolt goes into the head or somethin'.

yeah they are easy to remove, all you do is remove the four bolts holding the rail to the intake and then pull up on the rails, when reinstalling lube the o rings with a spray lube
