So i was driving and everything was going fine. Then slowly but surely the car started making a really loud and obnoxious squeAKING i mean belt type squeaking only 10000000 times louder, and then started smelling burnt clutch smell and smoking. I had to get the car back to base. I am on Camp lejeune. Then as i was driving it would go away, but would come back later on and would come back when slowing down with engine at low rpms, and when sitting there.
I have the stock clutch and everything and a brand new TOB when i put the stock tranny in after using a TKO for awhile, I am also running a Firewall Adj, and quadrent from Steeda, and an adj cable, which i knew people were kinda yes/no about to begin with but it came with the package so why not.
Now after awhile the pedal feel for clutch just went away there is no pedal feel at all anymore, it just wobbles. My thinking is the clutch cable is either really loose from the nuts coming loose or the cable just snapped.
Any ideas? help would be greatly appreciated. If its the cable I can change it myself in a parking lot, and im praying it just went really loose so maybe I have time to tighten it back up for the time being to drive.
