Broken dipstick tube.

Being an advid reader, I never thought this would happen to me, but while replacing a bent dipstick tube the end broke off in the timing cover.

Any suggestions on how to get the end out???

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

You can try to use a bolt extractor to remove it. Get the extractor started and see if you can get the tube section to turn. Then you can try to pull up on the extractor while turning it.
