Interior and Upholstery Broken Seat Track Piece. Seat Rocks Back And Forth

I am new to car mechanics but I am eager to learn. I have 1996 mustang and the driver side seat has a piece broken beneath it that causes it to rock back forth from the left side. I am attaching pictures of it. Does anyone know what this piece is called or where I can find it? Or will I need to install another seat track?
I am stationed in Italy so if you know a place that ships overseas that would be great also. Again, any help will do. Thanks

That does not look like an original seat track to me. That looks like some garage fabbed junk.
