I have a brown 88 lx 5.0 california car that means it came factory with a mass air meter instead of speed desity. Can any one tell me how many where produced?

It may be "turd brown", but it is quite rare! Here is the breakdown:

Paint Code 6L for 1988 5.0L:

28 LX Coupes
41 LX Hatchbacks
45 LX Convertables
NO GT Hatchbacks
NO GT Convertables

Keep in mind these are just the 5.0L numbers - not sure about the 2.3L 4 cyl.

wow, that is a pretty rare color, If you had asked me i would have said that i was pretty sure they didnt make em in brown, and those numbers are extremely low. Thats pretty cool, even if it is "turd brown"

I have actually seen one of those in town here lol... it has al the fine aftermarket graphics all over it.. I wonder if he knows what it is? And yes it is a 5.0L

Sorry - no numbers on the interior....but it is Sand Beige, in vinyl.....

I'm just typical plain plentiful 1C......

I actually know my breakdown. My car is 1 of 767. Thet number is prob even lower now that i swapped a black interior in that wasn't even available that model year.

There's a guy you can send your vin too and he will give you a breakdown on your car's number based on model and color of ext. and int.

The tan interior was pretty rare too. So you might have a pretty rare car there

Brown sounds like an SSP thing. My car was originally a silverish greyish metalic color that i've never seen on another 'stang before.

"BTR" brown turd racing

this car is a 5.0L five speed tan interior from the factory.
