Bucking/Hesitating problem pinpointed.

Well if you saw my previous thread, you already know what happened. If not, here is the thread.

Anyway... Check engine light went on, had the code pulled, "2nd cylinder missfire".
Changed the plugs.... 2nd cylinder sparkplug was COVERED with oil....
I want to find out what the problem COULD be... the worst and best case scenario. And how much does it cost to get it fixed?

put new plugs in , if it bucks again , or hell I would go head and replace that coil , its more likely the coil rather than the plug itself .

Oh i already changed the plugs, and the car runs fine for now. Its the oil on the plug that i'm worried about. How did it get there....

was it just on the tip or all down the threads too ?

The entire plug was covered... threads and everything....
maybe it got smeared as i was pulling it out, dunno...

if it fouled out for other reasons I could see oil getting on it if it was constantly not firing to burn any out. I'd pull it periodically to see if it happens again before you really assume something bad is going on -
