Budget shocks and struts

OK...I need struts and shocks, I know Bilsteins are the best, I want Bilsteins, I order Bilsteins from the crooks at Autopartswarehouse.com months ago but they didn't have them in stock and still haven't refunded my money

anyway back to the topic...I'm looking for some budget (i.e. cheap) shocks

what do we think of KYB? or maybe Monroe?...I've got 173K miles, Eibach sport lines, heavy *** chrome Cobra R's and I'm only looking for a decent ride for the next year or so until I can upgrade...any suggestions?

These shocks are the same quality as the much more expensive illuminas, and are essentially the same thing but non-adjustable versions set at an equivalent of the illuminas 3 (of 5) setting.

Those look like a good deal. Does anybody know how much the military discount is that they talk about on their website?

I just installed the eibach pro-kit, and left the stock shocks/struts in. Is this a bad idea? There are only 20k miles on them. What difference would I notice if I installed the setup you mentioned?

Mach 1 Tokico shocks... They are pretty cheap, and they are pretty good. I had them on my Mach when I bought it but i had some brand new Bilstiens on my 97 Cobra that I sold so i swapped them out. This website has them advertised for $229.00

By the way I got a full set of Bilstein HD's from a place online called Motorports Direct about a year ago for $485.00 shipped. I think I found them on Ebay.

KYB AGX are awesome. 4 way fronts, 8 way rears. Easier to adjust that the tokicos too. Mustang Tuning sell them.

Buy these, I installed mine in about 2 hours all things considered - I also added aftermarket caster camber plates - you will understand if you install them yourself - easy install - take your car get an alignment and you are good to go for no more than $500 w/ the alignment included.

Its about a 5 percent discount for military Alls you have to do to get the discount is email them with your AKO or whatever military email account is and they will email you back with discount code.

question tho.. how the HECK do you adjust the front ones??? i got that screwdriver that they send, but dont know where it goes into.. do i gotta rip anything arapt to get to it?

this'll be the third time I've swapped shocks, I had Tokico Blue and I have worn out e-bay Mach 1's on it now ...I'm hoping to find some a little more cost effective (i.e. cheaper) to get me through the next few months to a year
