Build Sheet Part Identification Help

Hi, I have been trying to find out what pistons and other parts are on my build sheet, but I haven't had any luck searching online. If anyone could break the sheet down for me that would be great. My motor base is an 82 HO with ported gt40p heads. Also, I am unfamiliar with what the prep work for circle track racing will have on the motor (listed on build sheet). I will be running a 289 torker intake, Holley 600 cfm 1406, ford racing shorty p headers, 270 duration cam and more. I would like to have a nice street set-up, so any tips would be appreciated as I am new to the 302. I would really hope to hit close to 300 hp with what I have.
