iv got a 07 v6 that i jus got as my new daily driver and im trying to builld it up to run with gts and all those turbo v4s running the roads. right now it has the frpp cai and dual exhaust. any help on what would be good add ons for someone on a budget would be great thanks in advance
Definitely a tune from a GOOD shop. Other than that, gears, t-lok, suspension, good tires, weight reduction etc. Easiest way to run with GT's is F/I though, probably the only way honestly but you can't do that on a budget. A full-bolt-on N/A V6 will still be slower than a stock S197 GT.
Only cheap way to keep up is with nitrous, but it is only cheap up front, filling the bottle adds up. There is a saying that always applies "Fast, Cheap, and Reliable; pick two." I would get a tune and some rear gears and be happy with the improvement, don't expect to be as fast as a GT or an STi or Evo.
