I was looking in the Ford Racing Cataloge and saw the suspension kit. It comes with new struts, shocks, springs, and anti-sway bars, all for $500 i think. Would this be a good idea to get, or just build my own suspension set-up?

It's $500 now!! Damn, remember you could get that kit for a $300 a year or so back. I've read nothing but good things about that kit. The only thing some people didn't like was that it lowers the car about one inch.

Edit: I was thinking about the Mach 1 kit:http://www.gefracing.com/Merchant2/...e=G&Product_Code=MACHSUSP&Category_Code=MACH1
The bullit kit is $399:http://www.gefracing.com/Merchant2/...e=G&Product_Code=M5400A&Category_Code=BULLITT

well the MSRP is 500, and more than likely you could get it for cheaper, i'd like my car to be an inch lower

What are the differences between the Mach 1 and Bullit kits? I remember reading about the differences a while ago but I can't recall anymore.

O nevermind I think pleasehelp answered my questions with those links. Looks like the Bullit kit includes sway bars. Are the springs the same? How much do sway bars help?

I remember reading a while back that they do have different spring rates, but not sure what they are.

i thought it might now be a bad deal...but i might just be better off buying adjudstable stocks/struts, springs, and control arms.
