Is there any way to differentiate a legitimate bullitt motor from a standard GT motor with a bullitt intake? I'd like to know if there are any stampings on the block/heads that would indicate the actual origin of the engine.

The block or heads shouldn't be stamped any differently as they are the same the only difference is the intake.

The pulleys are also different, but I believe that is it other than the intake.

Motors are the same w/exception of intake, pulleys and a slightly freer flowing exhaust. Other than that its the same!

bullitt motor is the same, has intake, and gets 5 hp more.

you want a motor, find a cobra motor...you won't be regretting it.

wish I had kept the 32V out of my 97 cobra, instead of selling it after I got t-boned by an old lady.

Like the others have said, just the air induction setup, pulleys, and exhaust.
