Bump steer correctors

i havent used them, yet, but anything thta corrects bumpsteer, the easier the better, is a good idea. the promotorsports kit is also supposed to quicken the steering ratio a bit also.

I have the ProMotor sports bump steer corrector kit. It works very well on the street and on the track. The one issue with it is, it is not adjustable - it corrects a specific lowering dimension (I no longer remember if it's 1" or 1.5").

The Baer Bumpsteer corrector is adjustable, but whoever installs it must know what they are doing to get them set up correctly.

Has anybody used Pro Motorsports kit after lowering their upper control arms? It is recommended for comp. use but sounds great for the street to me? Did it work?

I installed them on my '66. They are well made, and quite easy to install. They do make a noticeable improvement to bumpsteer problems. As I learnt more about my suspension I switched to a Cobra Automotive bumpsteer kit, for the reason that they (and other similar kits) are fully adjustable - measure the bumpsteer and dial in the amount of corrrection you need using supplied bushes. That is a time consuming process though, and if you're not obsessed about getting last bit of performance out of your front suspension, the Pro Motorsports kit will probably suit your needs quite adequately. Don't worry about the comp. use recommendation, IMHO they are fine on the street.

I have the Pro Motorsports kit on my car.

I had bump steer and other geometry issues and their kit solved my problems.
and it also quickened my steering ratio 2 1/4 turns lock to lock (along with Rack and pinion).

I have a 68 Stang with Global West uppers (shelby drop) and lowers
Total control rack and pinion, and shortened 620 front coils
