Hello

My mustang has a bump steer issue and I was told one of the ways to fix it is to get a taller tire because the sidewall is more forgiving

Currently the car has some bald tires at 245/45Z17

So I was wondering if just getting a brand new 245/45 tires would be night/day difference or should I look at maybe a 255/45 or 245/50?

Also car needs an alignment so I was going to do that when I get tires..

- I have looked at bump steer kits but don't see them lasting a winter with salt because the do not have any rubber boot on the joint
