When I'm backing out/driving up driveway front tires sound like I've ran over curb. Also any bumps in the road cause my steering wheel to travel a few degrees; bushings (which ones) or tie rods?
Jack the front tires off the ground and wiggle tire left to right and top to bottom. The basic guide is top to bottom play = ball joints, left to right play = tie rods.
