I'll be changing my DS spindle, Ball joints on both sides, Shocks/Struts all around, Painting the calipers adding c/c plates and bumpsteer kit. What bushings need to be changed while I have it apart.

KEY word NEED i don't have the money to replace all of them but I'd like to replace the ones that I NEED to do with poly ones while its apart

I would do the a-arm bushings while you have the car apart, and then the end links and sway bar bushings, and spring isolators. Caster camber plates should come with poly bushings for the strut. That is pretty much it up front. A-arm bushings I would recommend getting pressed out, and the new ones pressed in. Shouldn't cost more than 50 bucks for the labor. They should be able to do your ball joints with that for nothing.
