OK, it's been awhile since my last post when my 93 took its dump on me. It was doing all kinds of crazy crap, flooding out, shaking like a big booty on a rap video, etc. ANYWAY, we replaced the engine coolant sensor which fixed the flooding problem and gutted the cat which was clogged due to the flooding, drained the 93 octane oil which was cause by the flooding and changed the fouled plugs.....which was cause by the flooding. Now the ragady MFer will crank and run. BUT, it runs like hell under about 3000 rpms and/or when you put it in gear it dies. Above 3000 it hums and runs like a top, smoooth. Our first guess is vacume issues. So we replace, cap, blah, blah.....nothing changes. If anyone has an actual vacume diagram for one of these cars please, for the love of God, share it with me. So, by hearing my newest rash of symptoms, do any of you have ANY ideas on what to check next? Fuel injectors maybe? I replaced the filter and the pump itself seems to be working fine. I am not showing any codes at all.

Try the autozone site, under repair information. Is the check engine light on? Even if it is not, I would pull the codes before doing anything else.

If I had to guess, it would be the MAP sensor. But, a vac leak could do it. Or idle air or egr problems.

W/o codes, its a crap shoot to diagnose.
