Hi,
I'm brand new in this forum ... and own a '66 Mustang Pony .
It is pretty much a shell ( seats, parts of the dashboard, and most of the interior is missing )

I'm eager to get the restoration process started.
Should I buy the parts separately or get a totaled Mustang to get the parts out?

IMO it's always best to build w/ a mixture of the two if your on a budget! Such as a used set of seat frames could easily be updated with new foam and seat upholstery over the top of them.
Here at TMI we manufacture the seat upholstery, door panels, quarter panels, sunvisors and convertible tops & boot all available from our authorized Dealers if you need them. Starting from scratch definitely opens up the possibilities! Let me know if you'd like to see any samples of material when you get to that point!
