If you have not yet done business with blueoval, beware. They told me that they would combine shipping on several items and when it came down to making it happen, they billed me for shipping on everything.

I send half a dozen e-mail with no responce. The only thing that got their attention was the bad feedback I left them on e-bay. Their solution was to flame me out.

To date, I still have not had a responce to one e-mail that I sent and blueoval is going out of their way to trash my good ebay rating. Never again...

I've had good luck with them so far, but I have heard from several people that their customer service is crap and they dont mind telling you to go elsewhere if you complain to them.

Blue Oval would not drop ship to my work. That pist me off. I had a 300 dollar + order sitting on my front porch all day while I was at work. The guy was RUDE as hell on the phone too!!!!

I bought seat track extenders from them. No hassle, but horrendous packaging. All the nuts and bolts fell out of the box. I didn't even bother calling. Just went to home depot and got new bolts. When I messed up an order on a cowl grill, they were very helpful also.
