I originally provided the wrong billing address for the card, and they were quick to contact me about it. Helped me out to reorder, and since I bought the banjo bolts when I didn't need them, they automatically took those off the order. The order was processed within a matter of minutes and its shipping today. buyfordracing.com customer service gets a :nice: in my book.

Just figured I'd share.
 
I got a damaged Bullitt Caliper from them. They told me to send it back. It got there last friday and they have yet to contact me even though i told them to and i put a note in the box with all my contact info asking to confirm they recieved it and to let me know when to expect a replacement. They are always so short with me on the phone like he is just trying to hang up. So i called this morning and asked and was like when should it have arrived? I said last friday and he said oh you will get your replacement tuesday. Just such a quick response i said you dont even know who i am or where i am from how could you know i would get it teusday. They have been very unhelpful so far but if i do get it on teusday i will be happy:p
 
i have yet to order from them only because i agree, they are very short on the phone, and thus far have been pretty unhelpful about making sure i get the right stuff... aka making sure a certain mis-marked part was what i needed... i just hung up and went elsewhere. im glad u had good service, it at least restores a little more confidence in them since they usually have decent prices...
