As said in the subject. What else should i get while im tearing that area apart? I am also getting a new fuel pump already.

Do you see anything wrong with these? Thanks in advance.

appreciate the help. Another question... Will i have to do any re-tuning with the fuel pump i linked? Since it has the capability to do more than stock? Everything is stock pretty much, i just figured i better buy something better now then have to redo it again later.

No-the aftermarket pump will only deliver greater volume to the rail, and excess is still bled off through the regulator-the injectors will only dispense that which is commanded by the computer.

Good thinking about getting a bigger pump though-the 255 will supply enough fuel to sustain a 400hp engine...

Depending on your model year, some components of the kit may not fit or need modification. The new wire adapter had connectors on both ends, one for the pump, the other for the original bracket wires. I had to cut that one off & solder & heat shrink to the original. Also, the s-hose did not fit; only a straight hose would fit. My kit came with a rubber isolator, although the instructions said to use the old one. There are 2 versions of the 255 lph. My kit was not a BBK & was a 255 lph Hi-Pressure. Almost all pumps are made by Walbro.

I tried to get the s-hose on & followed the picture in the instructions, but some of the pics were reversed. It only went together easily, one way. I have found if any one instruction or pic is incorrect, I disregard them all. The ones that write them likely have never even seen the hardware & have no idea what it does or how it's used. In other cases, it's engineers writing instructions for other engineers, so nobody understands any of it. Few engineers or technicians have good writing skills, so I should expect it & not be suprised.
