I have a 2007 that is giving me an erratic startup. The instruments go a little wacky with the power fluctuating in them, there is a loud buzzing coming from behind the tachometer and it takes a few cranks to get it started.

I was thinking that possibly the battery was a problem, but would that cause such strange behavior in the instruments as well?
