i ran the car 3 times down the track let it rest for an hour in between runs....left the track and on my way home i heard a weird noise like the pistons were hitting the valves, so i pulled over at the next gas station and checked it out and everything looked ok no leaks nothing out of the ordinary...and then i drove it to my house and on the way there it got worse...i started hearing the noise again and then followed what sounded like rod knock and then my voltage meter was steadaly droping from 14 to 12 to 10 to 8 then to 0....my oil pressure is normally around 30-40 while driving...well it dropped to 15....my engine temp gage was flickering and then spun all the way around....but the car wasnt over heating no smoke no weird smells.....then my wideband was reading xtra rich when the noise started sounding badso it was dumping fuel n then i smelled oil and anitfreeze n while all this is happening im in the middle of butt-**** no where with no street lights and surronded by trees n it was looking like a perfect seen in a horror movie....but i had my 45 next to me as an equalizer .....so i continue to drive the car n i pull out my phone..well i come to find out that it was dead for some odd reason when it was just charged and on full battery...so long story short drive the car about 15-20 miles and it finally dies 1/2 mile away from my house n started smoking for the first time out of the hood really bad....but it was weird because i opened the hood with my bear hands n it wasnt hot at all!!!! but i couldnt see where the smoke was coming from tho....the only thing i noticed was that when it cut off it knocked the brand new pully belt off!!!! so thats y im guessing my battery lost volts bcuz the alternator wasnt able to charge it and i had my headlights, fog lights and harzard lights on....im going to be pulling everything apart tomarrow...n i also have the option of selling the shell to a friend of mine for $1000....his offer...but i told him no motor or tranny and no weld racing rims...n he said ok...so i dunno yet we will see 2marro
