Anyone know if the bypass valve on a centrifical,(Vortech) style supercharger setup, is supposed to be open at idle and normal driving?? I know the stock bosch valve opens with little vacume, and the raptor that I installed doesn't open as easy and opens very little at idle. Since the installation of the raptor bypass, power pipe, the car is having some issues, Thanks

Yes it opens at high vacume conditions (i.e. part throttle) to keep the SC from causing a surging senstion.

I backed the screw out and found a small vacume leak and it seem to be a big difference, but it did studder 1 time while I was holding it at 3000rpms in 2nd gear, I am wondering if that bypass might be getting stuck sometimes
